6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information.
Although we strive to maintain a secure platform, no system connected to the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Subscription Plans
Some Services require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees
Provide accurate billing information
Keep payment information current
Authorize recurring billing where applicable
Subscription pricing may change with advance notice.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
8. Payments

12. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some features may use artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, workflow suggestions, reporting, customer communications, or automation.
AI-generated content should always be reviewed by users before publication or distribution.
You remain responsible for all content generated, edited, or sent through your account.
13. Intellectual Property
The TashiCRM platform—including its software, design, branding, graphics, documentation, logos, workflows, and related materials—is owned by TashiCRM or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
14. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
From time to time we may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect access.
We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
15. Backup Responsibilities
While we maintain reasonable backup and disaster recovery procedures, customers are encouraged to maintain copies of important business information.
You are responsible for retaining records required for your business operations.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to pay subscription fees
Use the Services in a manner that harms the platform or other users
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, access to your account and stored information may be removed after any applicable retention period.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TashiCRM disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TashiCRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to TashiCRM during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TashiCRM, its employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of another person's rights
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Utah.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
